Clear is run by Blair, based in St Andrews, with over 15 years in commercial and residential renovation. We help with painting, gardening and maintenance, taking the time to understand what you need and agree how the work will be done.
The Story
Fifteen years, one pair of hands, and a place we love.
I’m Blair, and I run Clear from St Andrews. When you get in touch, you speak to me, and I carry out the work myself. You are welcome to ask questions before, during or after the job.
For over 15 years I have been renovating property, commercial premises, private homes, listed cottages, family gardens. Every kind of project, every kind of customer, every kind of weather East Fife can throw at it. The principle has never changed: take something tired or overlooked, give it the time and the detail it deserves, and hand it back better than you found it.
I find the work goes best when we talk it through properly at the start. I want to understand what matters to you, explain any practical limits and agree the details. If something changes along the way, I will discuss it with you before going ahead.
