Most people start with a single line and a photo — "the fence is looking sad" or "the driveway needs help before my parents visit." That is genuinely all we need to begin. We reply within a few hours, almost always the same day, and we never ask you to fill out a complicated form before we know whether we can help.

Photos can only tell us so much. We come to your property at a time that suits you — weekday evenings, weekend mornings, whatever fits around your life. We walk the space, listen to what you actually want, ask questions, and take measurements. Tea, if it’s offered, is gratefully accepted.

A four-day exterior reset takes four days. A two-hour fence-paint touch-up takes two hours. We don’t inflate timelines and we don’t skip the parts that don’t show. End-of-day photos go to your inbox. Any small extra we spot — a wonky gutter, a loose batten — we’ll mention it before fixing, never invoice for things you didn’t agree to.

We walk every inch of the work with you. If anything looks off, we fix it there and then. No exceptions.
Snag-free handover is a promise, not a hope. We’ll happily show you the corners, the edges, the undersides — the parts other contractors don’t want you to look at. Anything that isn’t right gets put right before we leave the property. Most of the time there is nothing to fix, but the offer stands every time.

We message after seven days to make sure everything is still as it should be. After that, we’re a phone call away for a full year.
If a fence panel slips, a gate hinge loosens, a paint edge flakes — for twelve full months you can call, message, or WhatsApp us and we’ll come back. No fuss, no charge for revisits, no awkward conversations. Many of our customers (Margaret & Jim, Lizi, Lee, Karen) become regulars who book us seasonally; the long aftercare window is one reason why.
