Is it really completely free?

How many concepts do I get?
At least three colourways or finish options per space. If you want more variations or tweaks, just ask — we'll keep refining until something clicks.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most visualisations are back with you within 48 hours. Larger jobs (full house exteriors, multi-room concepts) can take a few days — we'll always tell you up-front.
What kind of photos do you need?
Phone photos are perfect. Daylight if possible, take a couple of angles, and try to capture the full surface plus a bit of context (skirting, ceiling, neighbouring walls). Don't worry about being a photographer — we work with what you send.
I have no idea what colours I want — can you still help?
Absolutely. Half our customers say exactly that. Tell us how you want the room to feel (calm, cosy, sharp, characterful) and we'll build a palette story around that.
Do I have to use Clear if I love the visuals?
Not at all. You can take the visualisations to any decorator. We hope you'll choose us because of the work and the experience — not because we've trapped you with a freebie.
Will the real paint look exactly like the visualisation?
Very close. Real-world light, surface texture and paint sheen create tiny differences — but the colour direction, contrast and overall mood will absolutely match. We always do a tester pot on a real wall before final commitment too.
Can you visualise non-paint changes too?
We focus on paint and finishes, but for fuller renovation concepts we can mock things like tile changes, cladding, replaced doors, or fence upgrades — anything we'd quote for as a job.
